S.T.E.M. Workshop.

Dr. Irene Wise, who works in the Department of Engineering at Lancaster University, came in to lead an exciting workshop on S.T.E.M. The children were problem-solving, working together at as team, testing, evaluating, being resilient as they worked to make a safe device for Jack to drop his golden apples down the beanstalk (as his hands were busy climbing down in a hurry and he forgot his bag)! We then tested our designs. Great fun and puzzling!
